Saturday Workout #1 :

Qigong
Elbow Warm Up

Strength #1 :
Front Squat 120*3*3

Strength #2 :
Jerk 50*3, 85*2, 120*1 (feet a little narrower than I'd like > plenty high)

Skill #1 :
Butterfly Pull Ups *2-4*5 (keep feet together.)

Stretch
