Day 5&6 Med/ Med Heavy Singles Rest 03:00
Week 2
Day 1&2 Light sets of 4 Rest 01:30
Day 3&4 Rest Med sets of 2-3 Rest 02:00
Day 5&6 Med/ Med Heavy Singles Rest 03:00
Week 3
Day 1&2 Light sets of 4 Rest 01:15
Day 3&4 Rest Med sets of 2-3 Rest 01:30

Week 4 (supercompensate)
