(together is the Crossfit total but I am interested int the parts)
Best Power Clean?
Snatch?
OH Squat?
Push Press?
Thruster? max reps and max Lbs?
Jerk?
Sports in High School or College?
Martial Atts or Boxing?
I know it is a lot but it will help direct our sessions to be more tailored for your level(s).
