Upper Max Push Ups in 60(75) Seconds 
Lower Max Squats in 75 Seconds

Shoulder "PVC Dislocates" are pass fail BUT progress can be measured in degrees (Google a video) 
Cardio 1

1mile takes? 
1.5 miles takes? 
(which is a better test of endurance if time is the measured domain?)
